Entering the house. a long spacious hallway directs you past the first bedroom and leads you to a large living room area.

To the rear of the house is a large galley kitchen area to cook comfortably including everything you need.

After exploring the different levels Abingdon house has to offer, you will realise you are only a stones throw away from the action of Linthorpe Road with bustling bars and restaurants. Explore the culture and cocktails.

Our short let team can be easily contacted in emergency however we understand guests require their own space. Quickly responding, you can ask us anything until 6pm before, during or after your stay. After 6pm we ask that you only contact our out of hours number in emergencies

Close to Middlesbrough town centre, Stockton on Tees, Guisborough and Whitby. Abingdon house is an excellent location to easily connect with major road, rail and bus links, to commute throughout Teesside whilst still enjoying a leisure experience close to the Sea Side.

Great place to stay, clean and tidy. Had a couple of queries and the replies were very fast and helpful. Only thing to note about the property is the 4th bedroom is on the ground floor and is in place of a second living room, so the living space and dining table are in the same room. Not a huge amount of living space considering it sleeps 8. As there were only 4 of us it wasn't a problem. Nice back garden and off street parking are a great bonus.
